Akela Pharma is building a substantial I.P. and product portfolio of delivery differentiated pharmaceuticals based on its proprietary drug delivery technological platforms with significant therapeutic advantages for the pain and inhalation markets.  Akela Pharma intends to decrease development risks and time-to market through strongly integrated Pharmaceutical and Clinical Operations. Akela Pharma will also build a joint-ventured product portfolio for products that are outside core-indications.Akela Pharma may also elect to pursue the securing of third party product rights in exchange for contract services, formulation and manufacturing services through its PharmaForm subsidiary.
